Central Gardens is a privately owned, 92 bed, skilled nursing facility. Central Gardens has been under the same San Francisco-based family ownership since opening its doors in 1963. Since then, Central Gardens continues to offer the same quality care that it has always taken great pride in.
The entire staff and operations of Central Gardens is under the direct, full time supervision of licensed professionals. These experienced professionals work closely with residents' physicians to offer:
- full time rehabilitation services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy
- wound care
- restorative nursing (overseen by rehabilitation team) 7 days per week
- scheduled leisure activities and social groups 7 days per week
- individualized care and consultation
- full-time social work and discharge planning
